Shipping | Canada / U.S. and International
Our main office is located in Windsor, ON, Canada but we have warehouses located all across the country in U.S.A. We always do our best to ship from the closest warehouse location with stock. Usually we can guarantee the sameday shipping if we receive the order before 4 pm EST.
Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). International orders and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other territories may take 3-4 business days to process. Orders placed on Friday, will be processed on Monday and shipped as quickly as possible. Large orders and orders for multiple products may take longer to process.
Customers will be emailed with an order tracking number from FEDEX, UPS or USPS within 24 hours of shipment of your order. You can track your package at UPS Tracking , FEDEX Tracking or USPS Tracking by entering your tracking number.
Please note that some Internet and Email anti-virus and anti-spyware software may block this email confirmation. If you do not receive an email confirmation for this reason, please contact us via email support@eMarineMart.com and we will provide you with this information.
We maintain the inventory real-time on the website however if ordered items are out of stock, we will email you immediately regarding expected shipping date.
Please note that any holiday closings may result in a slight shipping delay.
We ship FEDEX, UPS, and USPS within the Continental U.S. and Canada. Shipping/Handling costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped with USPS. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail where UPS/FEDEX Ground is not available. Items that are too large to ship via UPS/FEDEX, may ship via a freight carrier at an additional charge.
Your order will be delivered within 2-8 business days depending upon your shipping destination. There may be an additional delay for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Delivery is Monday thru Friday if shipped UPS and Tuesday thru Saturday if shipped FEDEX Ground Residential.
eMarineMart.com reserves the right to limit quantities and/or charge additional shipping charges on oversize packages based on weight and/or dimensions or when the order may have to ship from multiple warehouse locations. If additional charges are needed, you will be notified prior to shipping.
Overseas deliveries are made via USPS. Typical delivery times are 10-14 business days depending on carrier and country shipped to, however these times are not guaranteed due to customs and border offices in each country.
Hazardous materials cannot be shipped outside the Continental U.S., including APO and FPO boxes.
eMarineMart is not responsible for customs duty taxes assessed on any packages shipped outside the Continental U.S or any delays for this reason. We ask that you contact your local postal/customs office to resolve any delivery issues. Any packages returned back to eMarineMart as "returned to sender", "undeliverable"or "refused" shipments will not refunded shipping fees and may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. We will resend package if additional shipping fees are paid.
eMarineMart will provide shipment tracking numbers however it's the customer's responsibility to track delivery of package. eMarineMart is not responsible for border or custom issues as it is out of our control and could result in extended delivery time. Any packages deemed undeliverable will be returned back to sender according to USPS guidelines. To avoid any of these issues, please be sure to provide a valid address, phone number and email address.
Payment Methods for International Orders
All International Orders must be prepaid before merchandise is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal or may require a Direct Bank Draft Wire Transfer. A $15 fee will be charged for all Wire Transfers.
